2019 Vendor Information
Applications are available to become a 2019 Concessionaire/Merchant at the 147th Annual Armada Fair, August 12-18, 2019.
All applicants will be reviewed by a committee and contracts will be issued to accepted vendors. Unfortunately, we can not accept all applicants and vendors that do not meet our criteria will be notified via email.

Food vendors will NOT be considered.
Must provide a certificate of liability insurance for entire week.
Must occupy booth at all times.
Must stay in confines of your booth space. No soliciting on grounds.
Family friendly merchandise only.
No vehicles on the grounds
Must unload before 8AM on Monday, August 12, 2019
Extra charge for high voltage electricity needs.
You will receive (7) admission tickets and (1) weekly parking pass.
Discounted prices available for all other admission tickets.
2019 BAND SUBMISSION
Please fill out this form to be considered to perform at the 2019 Armada Fair. All performances will take place after 12:00PM on the Grove Stage. The entertainment committee will meet to discuss your possible performance, taking into consideration the type of entertainment represented. The committee will reach out to you if they are interested. A small sound board and system is provided, but you may supplement for your own. Minimal lighting is provided and may be supplemented.
